Visioning VoyageTM
The Wise Purpose Visioning Voyage is about achieving understanding between the elder generation of wealth generators and the younger generation who will be the inheritors of wealth and charged with creating their own life paths with the family resources. In this vein, the format is open, inclusive and exploratory, allowing new themes and insights to emerge. The primary purpose of this programme is to co-create a common vision for the future.
Commitment ConvergenceTM
A family cannot delegate the alignment of beliefs, building trust and resolving disagreements to other people. They must talk about the future together if they are to cross generations without disruption or unproductive conflict. The Wise Purpose Commitment Convergence process takes families through the following conversations requiring skillful facilitation:
